Feature/node package gitlab ci

• Upgrade react-scripts to 5
• Upgrade webpack to 5
• Upgrade storybook to 7
• Implement node-package Gitlab CI template
• Implement @uncinc/eslint-config
• Introduce @uncinc/stylelint-config
• Remove the /config directory
• Removed yarn.lock and ran a yarn install
• Fix a whole bunch of eslint errors/warnings
